The three silver birch trees at the back of the garden provide the only shade to the garden.  They can be modestly pruned back to keep them from spreading too much, but there is no permission to cut them down.  Best to prune the branches at the back to stay within the property boundary (not overgrowing the fence).

The hedge at the side of the property needs a good trim every month during summer.  Best person I've used is Dave Jones and Sons Tree Care.  Cost last time was £100 for the full trim and remove all cuttings from site.

Front door bush can quickly overgrow the front of the house and cover the windows.  Please keep trimmed back.

Shed contains labelled paint tins from the last decoration.  Use these to touch up areas of the house if needed.

Security lights fitted at front, side and rear of properly are motion sensitive.
